Gurpreet's personal journey of struggling with the shortcomings of senior care and properly managed patient care in Kolkata and without a proper framework to address their medical and physical needs ignited a passion that led to the creation of AVANTE.
As a professional facing similar issues at home and work, he manoeuvered through the guilt of not being able to take care of ageing parents and family. This experience highlighted the dire need for a well-structured eldercare system in India, which became the cornerstone of Avante's mission.
